About Us

ArJay Ventures is a family owned  property management and maintenance company legally structured as an LLC with Rory and Janie Weems as the principle owners. Rory is a licensed HVAC engineer and has been working in the property management industry for over 30 years and has held positions as an engineer, assistant chief engineer, chief engineer, director of engineering and facilities manager throughout his working career. Janie has worked in finance for major corporations including Walmart, Hertz Corporate, Cox Communications and United Acceptance during her working career.

Our mission is to provide real estate services and to be responsible for the mitigation and remediation through the use of sub contractors regarding any maintenance issues, generally within a budget with prior consent agreed to by the property owner. ArJay Ventures will ensure that every property that is kept within our care is properly managed and maintained because we are in business to provide excellent service both to the landlords and the tenants.

ArJay Ventures will strive to minimize the risks of litigation and the risk of damage to residential/commercial properties and to keep maintenance cost down. We will be proactive and reactive when dealing with issues as it relates to our tenants
